Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Buyer Registration If you are interested in getting information about any of our business-for-sale listings you will need to fill out an NDA form and Buyer Registration. This is really EASY to do. Fill out the form below online. Type in your name to eSign. No need to print and fax! VERY IMPORTANT: After you eSign below, you will receive an email from Peter Goodman - (Goodman and Company Business Brokers) and EchoSign. To complete the eSign process you MUST 1. open the email message that you receive after you eSign, and then 2. click on the yellow link in the email, which confirms your email address. Thanks!! If you don't complete the eSign process we will not receive your NDA and we will not know that the process was not completed. Note: If you don't receive this email, check your SPAM or junk mail folder since it may be routed there by your email program or your email provider. If you have trouble with the form below send us an email and we will email an NDA to you. eSigning is our preferred method since we can easily look you up in the future if you inquire again about a business-for-sale opportunity.
