Sudbury Business Executive,
Peter Goodman becomes
Past President of
the New England Business Brokers
Association
Westborough, MA – December 2021 - At a recent meeting of the Board
of Directors, Peter Goodman, President, of Goodman and Company Business Brokers in Sudbury, MA, was
named to the position of Past President of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA). Business brokers are the intermediaries
in the sale of small businesses.
Business broker transactions – mainly geared to brokering sales of mid-sized and small businesses – are valued at more than
$2 billion per year and affect the economic well-being of thousands of communities in the United States and around the world.
Goodman became Past President after serving as NEBBA's President
for the previous 6 years, 2016 to 2022.
Peter Goodman had previously received the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI®) designation during IBBA Conference for Professional Development in Las Vegas, NV in 2010.
As the singular business broker’s professional association in New England, NEBBA advances the professional development of its member brokers, educates potential clients about the value of broker services, and promotes the highest possible standards of ethical conduct.
